What are your delivery options?
We have the following options available for delivery:
Next Day Delivery - (If ordered before 12pm)
Please note: This time can be subject to change, details will be available at check out. - Currently unavailable due to COVID 19 regulations.
Standard Delivery - Standard delivery usually will take about 3-5 working days to arrive. Please be aware that over bank holiday weekends there can be slight delays.
Special Delivery -This is our exclusive service that we recommend if you have ordered a bespoke occasion hat, we will ensure the hat is safely sent over by one of our trusted team personally. -Currently unavailable due to COVID 19 regulations.
Click and collect - If you choose the option to pick up from one of our locations please ensure you pick the one best suited to you, we will notify you when your hat is ready for collection at your desired location.- Currently unavailable due to COVID 19 regulations.

Do you offer Online Gift Cards?
At the moment unfortunately this is not an option we have available, however our team are working on creating this option soon, so watch this space.
When will my order be processed?
We strive to process every order the day that we receive them and are sent out within one to two days, unless this is a special order or stated otherwise.
Will i receive confirmation of my purchase?
After you have submitted your payment online you will then get an email confirmation with the order number, you will also be given a shipping update when your order has been sent out for delivery.

I have ordered a hat but I’ve been sent an email about it being on backorder.
Although we try to ensure this doesn’t happen Sometimes we may temporarily run out of stock of certain lines due to high demand, If this does happen we will email you immediately with the expected shipping date.
Most orders that are backlogged should be returned within 2 weeks and we will make sure to email you with this update so you are able to purchase. We will cancel the order if this is something you decide you prefer.
How do I cancel or change my order?
You may request a cancellation to your order by emailing us, be sure to include your name, address and order confirmation number with the email we can contact you on with full information on the change you want. Once we have changed you order we will notify by email confirmation.
If we are unable to change or cancel your order, we will notify you promptly.
If your order has already been shipped, we are unable to cancel or modify it at this point. Delivery charges will not be refunded and it will be the customers responsibility to return it back or if the order is refused upon receipt.
