Originally called Crystal Hats, we began our journey in 1985 with a passion for millinery and hope to share it with our customers.
In 2018 we merged with Stanfords Hats of Worcester, in order to bring our customers the finest quality headwear. Each of our pieces is made with you in mind and with our expanding line of country wear you’re bound to find something you love.
From Our Humble Beginnings
The Birmingham Rag Market was our first home and is the place where we were able to hone our craft. We have shared endless laughs and also shed some tears with so many of our customers over the years, each one leaving with a smile on their face and the hat of their dreams. After 35 years of business, we remain true to our roots and have built a fantastic client base and also made some great friends along the way.
Throughout the years we have been featured many times on TV, our appearances include ITV news and our TV debut came by way of popular 90’s children’s show ‘Rosie & Jim’ to name a few.
